THE HEAT IS ON! Here are some tips to help you beat the heat:
- Wear loose, light-colored clothing.
- Drink lots of water, even if you aren’t thirsty.
- Avoid or reduce caffeine and alcohol.
- Adjust your indoor blinds to keep the sun out during the day (as a bonus you’ll have a reduced energy bill).
- Avoid the mid-day sun as much as possible.
- Remember your sunscreen.
