THE HEAT IS ON!  Here are some tips to help you beat the heat:

  • Wear loose, light-colored clothing.
  • Drink lots of water, even if you aren’t thirsty.
  • Avoid or reduce caffeine and alcohol.
  • Adjust your indoor blinds to keep the sun out during the day (as a bonus you’ll have a reduced energy bill).
  • Avoid the mid-day sun as much as possible.
  • Remember your sunscreen.
