Let’s face it, life is hectic!  Who couldn’t use a little stress reduction? One way to reduce stress is to take the rush out of your morning. 

Here are some great ideas to start you day off with less stress:

  • Get at least 7 hours of sleep (more is better).  You’ll wake up rested and ready to tackle the day.
  • Ditch the snooze alarm.  Get up on time so you aren’t racing the clock.
  • Give yourself time to eat breakfast and fuel your body.
  • Plan things out the night before, you’ll thank yourself in the morning.
