Every day over 100 million aluminum cans are littered, incinerated or end up in our landfills every day! The good news - aluminum is the most recyclable of all materials. A used can is recycled and back on store shelves within 60 days.
Recycling just one aluminum can save enough energy to keep a 100-watt bulb burning for 4 hours! Make one small change, RECYCLE!
About Me
The One Small Change campaign focuses on the simple things an individual can do to improve their health.
Through the use of stickers and other community efforts, the Salt Lake Valley Health Department is encouraging Salt Lake County residents to incorporate one small change into their lifestyle this year.
